1. Nomination Authorization:

By submitting a nomination, you grant Good Deeds America permission to share the submitted story on our official website, social media channels, and potentially in future episodes of Good Deeds America.

2. Social Media Sharing:

We may share your nominated story on our social media platforms. When we do, we'll give credit where it's due! We'll tag the contributor's social media handle whenever possible to acknowledge your contribution.

3. Nominee Privacy:

We respect the privacy of all nominees. We will only share details of the Good Deed that are relevant to the story's positive impact. Personal information other than name and pertinent story information will be handled with care and not disclosed without consent.

4. Non-Exclusive Rights:

Submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the story will be featured on our show. However, your Good Deed may still be showcased on our website and social media platforms.

5. No Obligation for Show Appearance:

Being nominated does not obligate the nominee to appear on the Good Deeds America show. We appreciate and celebrate all Good Deeds, whether or not they are featured in our episodes.

6. Editing and Moderation:
